This large international fashion brand was looking for environmental data management software alongside a wider reshuffle of their internal processes. They needed to scope out their sustainability strategy and develop a new framework. With internal resource tight, alongside what was already a sizeable project, they also needed help engaging with and managing their key stakeholders.

Before we could recommend the right software, we needed to do pull together the information necessary to build a requirements specification from. 

We did this by working as an extension of their sustainability team, spending time with key stakeholders from several well-known brands to map out and scope the project framework. To ensure this process ran smoothly, we implemented a communications plan to maintain and structure dialogue. 

Through that, and with clearly defined SDGs (sustainability development goals) in place, we were able to produce detailed data flows and maps to show their energy and water usage. And once that was done, we could select the best software to manage their complex data requirements.
